✅ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your stickers arrive damaged, creased, or I sent you the wrong species by mistake, I’ve got you covered.
The Fix: I will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
What to do: Just send a quick photo of the stickers and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
✉️ Lost in the Mail
Postal mishaps happen! If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks, please let me know. I will work with you to track it down or send a replacement.
⚠️ Change of Mind
Because these are small artist-made items, I generally do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind. However, if you need to cancel an order, please message me before it ships!
Note: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot offer refunds for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
